Connecting a Telegram Community

To get started, please ensure that you are logged into your VENQ account on the website app.venq.ai. Click on the "Communities" option, which you can find on the left panel. 👈
Locate and click the "+ Add" button situated at the top right corner of the list. 🔝👆
After that, you'll have a list of information to fill:
Type the Name of the community to see it in the VENQ.ai list of communities.
To obtain your Telegram Channel ID follow these steps:
Go into the Group Chat of the Community you want to add and connect @getmyid_bot to the page.
The bot will generate a message with ID for the group in a chat.
Copy the generated ID.
Return to the VENQ platform, and paste the ID into the "Channel ID" field.
Choose "Telegram" as a required platform.
Click "Save" after filling out the required fields.
After that, you need to add VENQ.ai to your Telegram Community as a Bot to operate and handle answers!
To do this, open your group's information, click the three dots on the right, select "Add Users," and search for "VENQAI_bot" Add the VENQ bot and grant it the necessary admin rights (without adding admin). ✔️
