Venq.AI Setup Guide
This documentation page provides a detailed walkthrough on how to set up and get started with Venq.AI. Follow these steps to register, verify your email, create a project, integrate with Telegram.
Step 1: Registration
To get started, open the link:https://app.venq.ai/. Fill in your email and password, and click 'Sign up'."
Step 2: Email Verification
"You'll receive a notification prompting you to verify your email. Go to your email, find the 'Activate Your Venq.AI Account' email, and click on the confirmation link."
Step 3: Project Creation
"Once confirmed, you'll land on the 'CREATE PROJECT' interface. Enter the name of your project and click 'Submit'. You should see that your project has been created."
Step 4: Telegram Setup
"Now, go to Telegram and add the bot https://t.me/getmyid_bot to your community. Retrieve and copy the current chat ID, which will be in the format -xxxxxxxxxxxxx. Remove the 'getmyid_bot' from your community. Next, add the bot https://t.me/VENQAI_bot to your community and grant it admin rights.
Step 5: Community Connection
"Back on Venq.AI, navigate to the 'Communities' interface. Click '+ Add'. Fill in the required fields: Community name (any recognizable name for your reference), Channel ID (the chat ID from Telegram), and for the Platform, select 'Telegram' from the dropdown, which is the only available platform in this release. Then, click 'Submit'."
Step 6: Creating an Assistant
"To create a new assistant, navigate to the list of assistants and click '+ Add'. You'll see a form for creating a new assistant:
In the field 'What do you call an assistant?', enter a name for your assistant.
For 'What language to use for the assistant?', select English.
In 'What is your project?', select the project you created earlier.
In 'Choose your community', select your community.
Click '+ Add upload document file'. Please only upload one file in PDF format, as other formats and multiple files haven't been perfected yet.
Wait for the system to create a question and answer based on your document. If you wish to edit the automatically generated Q&A, do it now. Afterward, click 'Update'."
Step 7: Testing Your Assistant
"Now, test your assistant's functionality within your test community on Telegram."
